Weekly Wishes #9 and 2014 Wishes

The Nectar Collective

I didn't sleep well Sunday night, so I was extremely tired last night when I sat down with my laptop to compose my Weekly Wishes post.  I probably stared at the blank screen for about 5 minutes before I gave up and went to bed.

Things are going to look a little different this week because I'm adding monthly and yearly wishes.

Last week's wishes:
* Gather my project life supplies to get ready for 2014 - I just recently decided that I want to give this another chance. I did gather and sort all of my Project Life supplies.  Now I just have to put them to use.
* Write two very important letters I've been putting off. Nope. When you have to write a letter that could possibly change the course of someone's life, it's a little hard.
This week's wishes:
* Give my fear a swift kick in the butt, and write those letters
* Clean out my car. I have enough books in it to stock a small, portable library.
January wishes:
* Start organizing my digital photos
* Work on getting up at 5:00 a.m.  I now get up at 6:00 on most days, so I will start by setting my alarm for 5:50 for a week, then 5:40 and so on
* Plan meals in advance
* Start Project Life even if it's in the middle of a week
Yearly wishes:
* Go on a hike
* Play more outside
* Make a birthday calendar for my family (my grandmother has 21 grandchildren and a lot of great-grandchildren, and two great-great's)
* Call my grandmother at least once a week
* Make some type of contact with my friends at least once a week
* Really celebrate the holidays
* Have at least one date night with Phil every month
* Cook and bake more with Adrian and Heaven
* Read my bible for at least 10 minutes a day
* Continue attending the small women's group
* Volunteer at church
* Continue to read leisurely
* Learn Japanese
* Sew
* Send more postcards through Postcrossing
* Journal daily
* Create a morning routine that includes bible reading, meditation and exercise
* Run three 5Ks with Adrian
* Reach my goal weight
* Read 30 books
* Learn to use my camera on manual
* Give yoga an honest try
* Try a new design
* Create an "about me" page
*  Try vlogging
* Keep at it
* Tithe
* Pay more than minimum on student loans
* Create a budget
* Meal plan
* Prep foods in advance/freezer meals
* Hang artwork or photos in the hallway and dining room
That's some list, but these are the things I wish to do this year.
