Short story shorter...I gave in to my cravings one day this week, and I was okay with it. I've been doing very well by sticking to a plant-based diet. When I decided that I wanted some mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, I ate them. And that was the end. There were no bad feelings over it, and I didn't feel like I needed to burn the extra calories. I just went on the rest of the day as usual. That's progress.
